The proposals have had careful regard to the site constraints, including the designated ancient woodland which will be avoided, and its wider surrounding as well as the requirements set out in the Local Plan site allocation.


We will be seeking outline planning permission for up to 65 dwellings in order to confirm the principle of housing development on the site within defined parameters. Access will however be fixed at this stage.


The detailed design of the development including the layout will be agreed at a later stage. It is intended that the proposed development will be accessed off Clearheart Lane but will also connect with other pedestrian and cycle routes.


It will be set in a landscaped framework that responds to the site’s existing features and the surrounding area. The application will be accompanied by an illustrative layout, showing how the development could be accommodated on the site.
